Ordering does not escape asking for information and choices to complete your order. After you have placed your items in the shopping cart and click on order, we need your address to be able to ship, your name to address it and your email for the track and trace code and updates of the shipment. Phone number can be useful if you have entered a wrong email address and is the only other option to inform you at that time.
You can then choose from many payment options, choose the payment option that you feel most comfortable with. The prices of the articles are competitive and aimed at iDeal, transfer or Bancontact (Belgian). If you opt for more convenience, insurance or payment afterwards, there will be additional costs that are stated with each payment option.
Check your order, address, payment choice, view or download the General Terms and Conditions and click on final order to complete it via the payment provider Pay that handles all our online payments. If you made a wrong choice or could not complete the payment, you will automatically receive a reminder with a link to pay or choose another payment option.
We process your order within 24 hours, including holidays and weekends.
In addition to the automated confirmation of your order by e-mail, you will also receive a message about the processing of your order within 24 hours. You will automatically receive a message when it has been shipped from the carrier, on which day it will be delivered and on the day of delivery a final message with the time period of delivery.
Dispatch
Shipping 1-3 days ? We do not have full control over the final delivery and it is sometimes delayed by 1 or 2 days. The delivery services have been very busy for over a year because many store visits have shifted to online shopping. More than 9 out of 10 packages still arrive the next day and that is a special achievement of all deliverers. To avoid disappointment, we use 1-3 days delivery time so that in most cases it arrives earlier than expected.
At Golfreistas.nl you can only order online what is in stock. Each item states exactly when it will be shipped. Delivery in Castricum is usually done with our own staff and often on the same day as the order. We also ship on Saturdays, which can already be delivered on Monday.
