This is only possible if the product is in its original condition and is still in undamaged packaging. You can then return your order without giving any reason. To return your order, please contact our customer service. You will receive the return address from us. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. After receipt of your complete return shipment, we will refund the purchase price in full within 7 calendar days, including the shipping costs initially paid.
